Job Description

Key Responsibilities • Plan and execute recruitment campaigns • Build and maintain relationships with university career services, student societies, faculty advisors, and target programs. • Source and engage candidates through outreach, social channels, campus visits, and referrals. • Manage the candidate journey: scheduling, interview coordination, assessment logistics, and timely communication. • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans, and evaluation criteria for early-career roles. • Coordinate assessments including case studies, group exercises, psychometric/skills testing (where applicable). • Support offer management: approvals, references/background screening coordination, and closing candidates through clear, positive communication. • Maintain accurate ATS records and reporting on funnel metrics, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness. • Ensure a consistent candidate experience and strong brand representation in a professional, high-integrity manner.
