They are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join their Experienced Hire Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and partnering with stakeholders across different business functions. Your new role • Support Talent Acquisition Business Partners throughout the full recruitment lifecycle for experienced hire positions. • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, hiring managers and interview panel members throughout the recruitment process. • Manage recruitment logistics, including interview arrangements, calendar coordination, meeting invitations and assessment scheduling. • Track candidate progress within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure all recruitment records are accurately maintained. • Prepare recruitment documentation, including offer letters, employment contracts and onboarding paperwork. • Work closely with HR, hiring managers and external candidates to facilitate offer management and onboarding processes. • Ensure recruitment processes are conducted in accordance with internal policies, compliance requirements and service level agreements. • Produce recruitment reports and provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as required. • Assist with employer branding initiatives, recruitment events and ad hoc recruitment projects.
