Key Responsibilities: • Direct report to VP of Global Sales • Develop and implement global sales strategies to expand market share and drive revenue growth. • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing global sales team, setting clear goals and KPIs. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners worldwide. • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition. • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align sales efforts with company objectives. • Analyze sales data and market insights to refine strategies and optimize performance. • Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and industry events. • Ensure timely and accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and budget management.
