Job Description

Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Strategy & Business Development • Develop and execute country sales strategy aligned with regional and global objectives. • Identify new business opportunities across Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Contract Logistics, and Multimodal solutions. • Expand the customer portfolio with a focus on strategic verticals (e.g., retail, technology, industrial, healthcare). • Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape, pricing trends, and customer needs. 2. Customer Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including global and regional accounts. • Lead high‑value negotiations, bids, and RFQ/RFP processes. • Ensure exceptional customer experience through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
