Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Payment Compliance Lead to build and lead the compliance framework for our global stablecoin payments business. This role will oversee compliance across our cross-border B2B payment activities, ensuring that products, customers, and transactions meet regulatory and AML/CFT requirements. You will work closely with Compliance, Risk, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Sales to develop practical controls, policies, and processes that support business growth while maintaining strong compliance standards.
