Job Description

The Role • Review, investigate, and disposition trade surveillance alerts, with a focus on high-risk and complex scenarios. • Meet a daily productivity benchmark of ~50 alerts, contributing to an overall remediation target of 20K+ alerts. • Apply sound judgement and risk-based decision-making on escalations, false positives, and true positives. • Document rationale, findings, and remediation actions in line with regulatory and internal standards. • Provide guidance and quality oversight to junior analysts working on L1/low-risk alerts. • Identify trends, control gaps, and opportunities to improve alert quality and remediation efficiency. • Liaise with Compliance, Surveillance, and Front Office stakeholders where clarifications are needed.
