Job Description

Key Responsibilities • Strategic HR Leadership & Culture: Partner with senior management to design and execute HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development. Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture while driving key growth initiatives across a multi-jurisdictional workforce. • End-to-End Payroll & C&B Management: Oversee and execute full-cycle payroll operations, benefits administration, and compensation/reward programs, ensuring accurate, timely processing and regulatory compliance across operating regions. • Comprehensive Employee Lifecycle & Talent Operations: Lead global talent acquisition, onboarding, internal mobility, promotions, performance management, and offboarding. Oversee visa sponsorship and immigration processes as required. • Employee Relations & Organizational Growth: Act as the primary advisor on employee relations, conflict resolution, career development, and leadership capability. Drive strategies that retain top talent and successfully guide the firm. • Learning & Development: Design and implement tailored L&D programs to enhance workforce skills, foster leadership potential, and align talent development with business objectives. • HR Governance, Systems & Compliance: Develop and maintain robust HR policies, procedures, HRIS data, and employee records. Ensure strict adherence to regional employment laws, regulatory frameworks, internal audit requirements, and due diligence activities. • Workforce Analytics & Insights: Deliver actionable HR reporting, workforce metrics, and data-backed insights to senior leadership to inform business decisions and support regulatory reviews.
