Regional AI Centre of Excellence | Global Life Insurer Location: Hong Kong preferred Experience: 5-10+ years of relevant experience The opportunity We are partnered with a global life insurer to build out its regional AI Centre of Excellence and transform key business journeys across Asia. Claims is a significant opportunity to bring together insurance expertise, process redesign and AI to improve customer and operational outcomes. As an AI Product Owner, you will lead the product direction for AI-enabled claims transformation, from vision and prioritisation through delivery and adoption. Supported by a project manager, you will work with business owners, process specialists and a cross-functional squad to redesign end-to-end claims journeys across Asian markets.
