Job Description

Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain payments compliance policies, frameworks, and internal standards. • Provide regulatory structuring support for payments setups, partner models, and fund flows. • Review and support onboarding of payment partners, including agreement reviews from a compliance perspective. • Advise on licensing scope, regulatory permissions, and operational constraints for payments activities. • Work closely with Product, Operations, and Legal to ensure payments initiatives are compliant by design. • Support standardisation and streamlining of payments compliance processes across entities. • Coordinate with external counsel and regulators on payments-related regulatory matters where required.
