As a Brand Manager - Jellycat, you will be a key driver of business growth—owning the commercial performance through sell-through optimization, strategic budgeting and vendor negotiations, and elevating the in-store and online customer experience. The Role • Deliver seasonal sales and profit targets for assigned Jellycat variations and Home & Lifestyle categories. • Track sell-through and inventory efficiency, using corporate KPIs to drive improvements. • Build seasonal budgets using brand performance, historical data, and upcoming commercial strategies. • Negotiate with vendors to secure optimal trade terms, availability, performance targets, and exclusive product lines. • Partner with vendors to develop an annual retail calendar and strategy to grow the business and launch standout collections. • Act as the key commercial contact, sharing brand direction with Content, Brand Creative, and Store Operations, and aligning closely with Marketing on product, supply, and inventory. • Oversee the customer experience across in-store and online, including merchandising, zoning, presentation, and support training for sales teams on product storytelling.
