Social Media Management & Paid Advertising (Meta, YouTube, Google) • Platform Maintenance: Oversee the daily operations and health of Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube channels. • Paid Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns across Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads to meet lead-generation and awareness targets. • Community Management (CS): Act as the first point of contact for customer service inquiries, comments, and messages coming through Facebook and Instagram, ensuring timely and professional responses. • Google Ecosystem: Maintain the Google Business Profile and manage ongoing Google Search/Display ad campaigns.
