Senior Sales Manager – Asia Pacific Location: Hong Kong (Remote) Coverage: Hong Kong & Southeast Asia We are supporting an international medical aesthetics company in hiring a Senior Sales Manager to develop its Hong Kong and Southeast Asia business. Key Responsibilities • Lead regional business development and sales execution across Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. • Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage local distributors. • Build relationships with aesthetic clinics, medical institutions, doctors, KOLs, and regional partners. • Manage the full sales cycle, including market development, product introduction, commercial negotiations, and sales tracking. • Work with headquarters on sales plans, targets, budgets, and business reviews. • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, local regulations, and customer needs. • Develop market-entry and sales strategies based on each country’s market conditions. • Provide market feedback and business recommendations to support regional expansion. • Coordinate with marketing and medical teams on product training, clinical education, and market activities. • Travel frequently across Southeast Asia as required.
