Your role The role is for a senior Market Risk Officer covering APAC Equity trading portfolios within the Global Markets business based in Hong Kong. We’re looking for someone like you to: • Monitor market developments and the firm’s risk exposures, ensuring risks are accurately measured, clearly understood, and appropriately controlled • Act as a risk partner to the trading desks, providing independent oversight and constructive challenge across key risk topics, including control effectiveness, risk assessments, and issue management • Undertaking portfolio risks; perform risk assessments and approve transactions within the delegated market risk authority and in accordance with internal policies and regulations • Reviewing the appropriateness of limits frameworks and related controls • Understand the quantitative implications of pricing, valuation and risks modelling that impact bottom line revenues • Maintaining a climate of openness, transparency and accountability in the team Show More
