GCB 4 We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Digital Commercialization and Engagement Manager . In this role you will: • Own digital sales performance across Retail and Wealth products, with accountability for targets and commercialization outcomes. • Identify, size, and prioritise opportunities to improve digital acquisition — with a strong lens on Retail Products. • Lead business case development, target-setting, and performance forecasting, connecting initiatives directly to business impact. • Diagnose performance issues and define growth levers using data, translating findings into clear commercial recommendations and actions. • Partner with Product, Marketing, Platform, and Data to drive commercial priorities into delivery — influencing roadmaps and removing blockers. • Own benefits realisation of growth initiatives, ensuring delivery translates into committed targets. • Present performance narratives and recommendations to senior stakeholders, including ExCo-level forums, with clarity and credibility.
