About the Role

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of patient care. As the team lead, you will be accountable for managing the nursing and healthcare assistant staff, fostering a collaborative and patient-centered work environment.

Responsibilities
Clinic Operations Management
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and workflows to optimize clinic operations and patient flow
  • Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and equipment/supplies procurement to support seamless clinic functioning
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities management, IT support, and other operational partners
  • Handle billing to insurance companies and clients
  • Back up nursing services during shortage of manpower including injection services, blood collection, medicine dispensing, laboratory sample handling
  • Handle verbal and written complaint with investigation
  • Assist in network doctor/medical practitioner recruitment
Team Leadership
  • Manage and provide guidance to the nursing and healthcare assistant staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
  • Foster a positive, collaborative team culture dedicated to delivering exceptional patient support
  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities for the clinical team
  • Serve as a clinical subject matter expert, providing coaching and support to the team as needed
Regulatory Compliance
  • Ensure the clinic operates in full compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and standards
  • Coordinate with quality assurance and risk management teams to maintain accreditation and mitigate operational risks
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of robust record-keeping, documentation, and reporting systems
Requirements
  • Higher Diploma in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field with minimum 8 years of experience in a clinic or healthcare facility operations role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
  • Registered with the Hong Kong Nursing Board and holding a valid practicing certificate
  • Experience in blood taking and clinical procedures
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse clinical team
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally
