Responsibilities • Understand the organizational needs and hiring criteria of the banks & FI firms. • Source and conduct interviews via phone or in-person. • Manage the whole recruitment cycle from initial calls, interview preparation, salary negotiation, to offer and onboarding stages. • Assist in B-B communication with industry professionals.
