Job Description

Key Responsibilities • Support recruitment for Hong Kong and overseas markets, assist with end-to-end hiring processes including job requirement alignment, recruitment channel management, CV sourcing and screening, and interview scheduling. • Provide recruitment project support, assist in optimizing interview processes, improving candidate experience, and driving the implementation of recruitment-related initiatives. • Recruitment operations and data analysis — conduct recruitment data tracking and analysis, diagnose recruitment challenges, and provide improvement recommendations. • Cross-functional collaboration — work closely with business teams and the HR team to ensure smooth and efficient recruitment operations.
