In This Role You Will Impact on Business • Manage the overall reinsurance relationship globally with all providers • Manage the transition of reinsurance management from 2nd line to 1st line in the company • Develop and maintain the approach to selecting reinsurers • Manage the engagement of external / internal reinsurance for significant initiatives • Monitor and be equipped with updates and latest developments in the reinsurance market • Give advice and support countries on matters relate to reinsurance. • Work with the local insurance businesses to develop their protection propositions, via reinsurance supports.
