Customer Lifecycle Marketing Associate — 2027 Graduate Programme Location: Hong Kong About the role Not only getting someone to sign up, but also helping them understand the platform, get value from it, and stay engaged is the real work. It is measurable, which uses data to let you know how to improve yourself. What you'll do • Help plan and run onboarding, customer education, and re-engagement campaigns • Deliver communications through approved in-app and email channels, following our record-keeping and compliance standards • Track engagement and campaign participation data, and help analyse what is working • Turn market themes and product updates into customer education content, with Compliance review before publication
