We are seeking an Assistant Director of Catering / Senior Sales Manager - Catering to join our team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling local social catering opportunities for the property, achieving and exceeding the hotel catering sales revenue goals, and providing day-to-day supervision to Catering Sales associates. Key responsibilities include: Identifying, qualifying, and soliciting new catering business to achieve personal and hotel revenue goals Proactively soliciting affiliate business associated with citywide events
