Job Description

Job Responsibilities • Requirement Support • Support requirement gathering sessions and capture business needs from stakeholders • Assist in documenting clear and traceable business requirements • Claims SME Input • Provide input on claims workflow, assessment logic, and operational practices • Highlight gaps, risks, and inconsistencies from claims operations & regulatory perspective • Documentation • Prepare business requirement documents, test cases, and UAT scenarios • Support preparation of operation manuals / process guidelines • Stakeholder Coordination • Coordinate with Claims, IT, and vendors to clarify requirements and issues • Act as a supporting liaison to ensure smooth communication and alignment • Testing • Execute test cases, log defects, and support defect resolution follow-up • Validate system output against expected business scenarios • Implementation Support • Support rollout activities and post-implementation validation • Assist in user training and knowledge transfer if required
