The program includes an hour orientation where you'll learn about our company, our culture, as well as the benefits and responsibilities of being a member of CBRE. What You’ll Do • Assist in ensuring compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements related to building operations. • Support the team in coordinating maintenance activities, including scheduling and tracking work orders. • Work closely with technicians, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. • Participate in preventive maintenance activities to help maintain building equipment and systems. • Help monitor and inspect ongoing work to ensure quality and functionality. • Respond to basic maintenance issues and support the team during emergency situations. • Learn to troubleshoot si mple technical issues and support problem-solving efforts. • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report updates to supervisors. • Collaborate with team members and demonstrate professionalism aligned with CBRE values. • Assist in preparing cost estimates and tracking expenses for minor repair and maintenance works. • Support the review of contractor quotations and help ensure works are completed within the approved budget.
