Deputy Head of Corporate Governance & Compliance

Job Description

• Handle all Corporate Governance related matters including creating and implementing frameworks • Partner with IT and other teams to handle data governance policies including data privacy issues • Advise senior stakeholders on governance, compliance and risk related matters • Oversee various committee meetings including preparing, organising and taking minutes • Assist with developing corporate policies relating to ESG integration and regulatory matters skills & experiences required. • At least 10 years of compliance or corporate governance experience gained in public bodies or education • Demonstrated experience handling policy development and managing frameworks including intellectual property, data privacy and ESG related matters • Ideally further qualifications in Data Privacy or ESG certification • Excellent presentation and communication skills is a must Show More
