• Lead end-to-end delivery of customer-facing digital initiatives across mobile (iOS/Android) and web banking platforms • Own project scope, timelines, and execution, ensuring secure, scalable, and on-budget delivery aligned to business and customer outcomes • Collaborate with product, UX/UI, technology, and operations teams to enhance customer journeys and drive digital adoption • Manage stakeholders, vendors, risks, and governance across cross-functional and multi-regional banking environments • Ensure all deliverables meet regulatory, security, and compliance standards within a highly controlled financial services setting
