Main Responsibilities: -Target key issuers, intermediaries and prospected clients to develop a strong pipeline and source new mandates for Corporate Trust and Loan Agency -Win mandates by being fully conversant with Corporate Trust and Loan Agency product characteristics. Initiate and maintain relationship with existing clients and intermediaries at all levels -Work with clients and their advisors to understand deal structures, prepare proposals and set pricing -Work with relevant internal counterparts and teams to seek approvals, and ensure adequate execution and implementation of transactions prior to closing
