Responsibilities: • To assist RM in customer onboarding, product introduction, credit approval, due diligence and agreement preparation. • To cover client enquiries, clients’ account transactions monitoring. • To cover a range of banking and investment transactions including but not limit to equities, fixed income, FX, OTC derivative products, mutual funds, alternative investments etc… • Serve as customers’ key contact person, monitoring customer’s instructions, fund payment, and loans disbursement instructions
