Job Description

Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute integrated marketing & communications strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth across the North Asia region. • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for expansion and optimize go-to-market approaches. • Plan and manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and strong return on investment. • Collaborate closely with external marketing agencies and vendors, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and project timelines. • Lead content strategy and development across online and offline channels, including social media, e-newsletters, eDMs, website content, and event communications, delivering engaging and audience-centric messaging for both internal and external stakeholders. • Plan and manage customer engagement initiatives, including conferences, exhibitions, seminars, webinars, and executive events, ensuring seamless execution and strong brand representation. • Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (e.g. sales, product, operations) and external partners to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness. • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize activities, demonstrate ROI, and achieve defined KPIs. • Manage external agencies to deliver marketing projects in line with defined objectives, timelines, quality standards and performance results.
