What You will be Doing • Lead integrated campaign planning — objectives, messaging, creative direction, execution, and post-campaign review. • Own the promotional calendar and brief; art-direct visual assets and artwork across digital ads, email, social, and landing pages. • Coordinate with product, operations, and external vendors to deliver campaigns on time and within budget. • Segment and analyze customer portfolios to design personalized content and promotions that build loyalty and repeat purchase • Define CRM strategy across email, push, Whatsapp, and in-app; oversee lifecycle journeys and segmentation programmes. • Oversee paid media planning and budget allocation across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms. • Review performance against CPA, ROAS,guide the team on optimisation decisions. • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, advertising, live shopping, and product teams to deliver a fully aligned personal care marketing strategy Show More
