Job Description

We’re hiring for a Data Analyst role to support call center sales and performance analysis for Consumer Business Group. Your Role: 1. System Operations & Maintenance • Run and maintain the daily operations of automated reporting system to ensure business reports are sent to relevant parties on time. • Monitor standard data processes, troubleshoot basic errors in the reporting pipeline, and ensure data updates correctly. 2. Requirements Gathering & Report Automation • Communicate with internal stakeholders to gather, clarify, and understand their requirements for new reports or data requests. • Translate these practical reporting needs into automated workflows. • Write and deploy scripts by Python. Use BI tools to automate manual reports and standardize data extraction. • Use AI methods to identify untapped business opportunities and insights. • Assist in pulling and cleaning specific data requests to support the team’s larger analytical projects.
