What you’ll be doing: Geographical Scope: Global • The Business Analyst – Hotel Operation is responsible for analysis, enhancing, and supporting digital booking platforms and Hotel PMS. • This role focuses on optimizing customer journey and lifecycle, driving online revenue, and ensuring seamless integration between e-commerce systems, Hotel PMS, Loyalty platforms, OTA platforms and channel managers (e.g., STAAH). • The position also plays a key role in IT enhancements, including requirement gathering, SIT and UAT coordination, and ensuring system quality before release. In addition, the role provides day-to-day operational support, resolving booking flow and order integration issues with PMS systems to maintain stable hotel operations and customer experience. • The Business Analyst acts as a bridge between business and IT teams, delivering data-driven insights, supporting digital initiatives, and ensuring efficient, reliable e-commerce performance.
