Your role • Focusing on sales performance tracking and process streamlining in sales commission payment administration • Manipulate data and prepare sales performance and commission analysis for management review • Handle & maintain up-to-date system parameters for sales performance counting & commission calculation • Handle staff enquiries about sales performance & commission • Assist in developing the internal process, streamline the process by automation and system enhancement • Work closely with internal parties on business operations and initiate on-going process improvement in particular for performance tracking and commission administration
