Job Description

Responsibilities: Assist the project manager in the implementation and delivery of HCM / HRIS / HRM / HR system projects. Conduct business requirement analysis, process study, blueprint design, system configuration, testing, and go-live support. Work closely with clients to understand HR operation needs and translate them into system solutions. Prepare training materials, user guides, and functional documentation. Provide user training and post-implementation support to ensure smooth system adoption.
