Foreman (Residential) (Ref: 260000PS) Responsibilities • Perform routine repair and maintenance at the Corporation’s managed residential property including monitoring contractors’/workers’ performance for central air-conditioning systems, automatic control systems, water supply and drainage systems, fire protection systems, electrical and mechanical equipment and general control circuits • Coordinate with respective units on work schedules and commissioning to ensure compliance with the corporate safety requirements
