About the RoleResponsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of a particular area of the business on either full-time or part-time basis, with the aim of learning practical knowledge of the business area, the company and the industry. Internship Period: 15 June 2026 to 31 August 2026 The purpose of our internship is to provide students, who are passionate in Insurance industry, the opportunity to understand our business through hands-on work experience, projects and programme activities.
What you will learn and contribute:Depending on the suitable development opportunities in Agency Platform Portfolio Management & Business Enablement Department, you may be involved in
- Immersion in the agency digital application landscape
- Review and rewrite documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with insurance-specific terminology.
- Format content and metadata to optimize retrieval performance of GenAI chatbot systems.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to validate AI retrievability standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to log updates and incorporate feedback.
- Support ad-hoc data and documentation tasks as required.
- Undergraduate student (or above) in Business Administration, Communications, Languages, Information Management or related disciplines.
- Exposure to insurance-related or AI projects is a plus.
- Excellent teammate and curious learner
- Ability to multi-task, quick to adapt and able to work in fast paced work environment.
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Proficiency in other Asian languages is a plus
- Strong digital literacy with proficient in Microsoft Office
