Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Sales teams' operations and strategies. By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement sales strategies. Responsibilitie • sDefine and execute the operational strategy for the B2B business in alignment with overall company objectives • .Lead cross-functional teams (sales, operations, production, procurement, logistics, customer success) and foster a performance-oriented, collaborative culture • .Serve as a member of the executive team, contributing to corporate strategy, budgeting, and KPI setting • .Own B2B revenue targets and growth plans; develop and implement go-to-market strategies for key segments and verticals • .Build, coach and scale a high-performing B2B sales organization (direct and partner channels), including KPIs, compensation plans, pipeline management, and forecasting • .Drive enterprise account management, contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and long-term customer relationships • .Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create tailored propositions and sales enablement assets. Ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective production operations that meet quality and delivery targets • .Oversee capacity planning, workforce scheduling, maintenance programs, and continuous improvement initiatives • .Establish and monitor operational KPIs and dashboards, and lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions when needed • .Lead procurement strategy, supplier selection and management, contract negotiation, and total-cost optimization • .Develop and maintain a resilient supply chain with appropriate risk mitigation (supplier diversification, safety stock, alternative sourcing)
