This role is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, strengthening the agency force, and building a strong talent pipeline to support long-term business growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute agency recruitment strategies to grow manpower across target markets. Develop the recruitment proposition and clearly articulate the Chubb edge to attract top agency talent. Organize recruitment activities such as seminars, campaigns, incentive and agency engagement programs.
