We are seeking a Senior/Human Resources Officer to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton in Hong Kong. As a Senior/Human Resources Officer, you will assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues. You will also be responsible for assisting employees with internal and external transfer requests and procedures, monitoring and assisting managers/supervisors with hiring processes and issues, and coordinating and conducting applicant drug screens, reference checks, background checks, motor vehicle checks, and social security number verification.
