We are a USD $25m turnover group of companies specialising in Retail and FMCG brand management, packaging graphics services and software solutions, with offices in the Hong Kong, United Kingdom, United States, Australia and India. We are currently seeking a dynamic and technically-minded 3D Manager to lead our visualization team in Hong Kong. Job Responsibilities • Manage and mentor a team of 3D designers, overseeing daily workflows, quality control, and output consistency. • Lead the entire 3D rendering development lifecycle, ensuring projects move efficiently from client briefing stage to final post-production. • Work closely with multinational teammates. You will be expected to present work and contribute technical insights during meetings with regional offices (UK/US). • Maintain high standards in 3D modeling and rendering, ensuring all outputs meet client specifications for packaging and marketing materials. • Stay updated with the latest 3D trends and software to continually improve the team's efficiency and visual quality.
