To cater to the new housing project, they are seeking a HKIA registered architect with 5+ post-qualification experience and solid local housing and government project experience to join their professional team. Job Duties: • Lead and manage local public or private housing projects from initial design stages through to successful construction completion. • Take a principal lead over professional and technical staff, guiding teams from conceptual design to on-site execution. • Ensure all architectural solutions strictly comply with local practices, building regulations, and statutory control systems. • Oversee the production of detailed tender documentation, working drawings, and architectural specifications. • Coordinate cross-functional consultant teams and maintain effective communication with clients and government bodies.
