About the Role We are looking for an experienced IT Governance and Cyber Risk professional to join a fast-growing securities firm. In this leadership role, you will drive technology risk management, strengthen cybersecurity governance, and lead key IT initiatives in a dynamic, high-performance environment. Key Responsibilities • Oversee IT governance frameworks including access controls, pre-trade risk management, and BCP/DR strategy; ensure alignment with regulatory expectations. • Identify, assess, and report IT operational risks; develop and track rectification plans to enhance control effectiveness and production safety. • Develop and maintain cybersecurity frameworks covering firewall, intrusion detection, antivirus controls, and security patching. • Ensure 24/7 resilience of critical trading systems through robust security controls and continuous monitoring. • Coordinate internal and external audits and regulatory examinations; track rectification progress in line with SFC and other regulatory requirements. • Lead security-related IT projects including system upgrades, platform deployments, and security hardening initiatives.
