Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our Traded Risk (and Treasury Risk) Management Consulting team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of traded risk (and treasury risk) management and thrive in a dynamic environment. This role involves leading and managing high-profile projects, working closely with clients to provide innovative solutions, and developing junior staff. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage comprehensive traded risk management consulting engagements for our clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. • Evaluate clients' risk management frameworks, trading strategies, and systems to identify areas for improvement and provide robust recommendations. • Develop and foster long-term relationships with key clients by understanding their unique business needs and offering tailored solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams both internally and externally to deliver multi-disciplinary solutions focused on traded risk management. • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks related to traded instruments to provide clients with timely and relevant insights. • Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance on career development and best practices in traded risk management. • Contribute to business development and thought leadership by generating business ideas, white papers, and presenting/ pitching to clients.
