Job responsibilities • Prepare presentation decks for sales team usage for client engagement • Assist in gathering relevant information and documentation from clients and relevant stakeholders. • Maintain service standards to develop and improve customer satisfaction and retention • Ensure that all customer requests are handled in a timely and consistent manner • Ensure that all transactions are in adherence to regulatory, compliance and internal audit requirements • Support sales team to provide excellent service to high net-worth clients to achieve client retention • Partner customer, Business Support and service providers to ensure timely transaction processing and service delivery of customers requirements and enquiries • Help in organizing and executing client prospecting activities, including lead tracking and initial outreach. • Support follow-up and meeting scheduling with prospective and existing clients and partners.
