GCB 5 We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Commercial Insurance Business Development Manager. In This Role You Will • Identify, pursue and expand new business opportunities to achieve business targets on a daily basis with collaboration with channel frontline in customer meetings and associated preparations • Uplift frontline productivity by activating new joiners and beefing up existing frontline’s selling skills, product / sales process knowledge, industry trends etc. to deliver sales excellence • Identify and recommend any potential enhancements from frontline / customer feedback to improve customer experience and sales process • Drive new product / service / sales process launch / reinforcement for quick and wide adoption in frontline • Drive INHK strategic initiatives in frontline to align with the company’s business priorities, profitability and growth targets Show More
