Strategic Growth & Transformation Manager (Travel)

Job Description

This position spans the full strategy lifecycle - from identifying and framing business challenges, conducting rigorous analysis, and building actionable initiatives, through to execution planning and on-the-ground delivery. Responsibilities • Carry out in-depth external analysis covering competitive dynamics, emerging technologies, market disruptions and whitespace opportunities to inform strategic direction • Frame and deconstruct complex business problems, designing structured methodologies and analytical frameworks to develop clear, evidence-based solutions • Own and drive strategic workstreams such as market entry, revenue growth, product positioning and go-to-market planning, ensuring alignment with broader global priorities • Convert regional and global strategy into actionable operational roadmaps, anchoring cross-functional teams around shared pillars of growth, efficiency and business acceleration • Build detailed execution plans with clear milestones, owners and KPIs, maintaining stakeholder alignment and organisational buy-in throughout • Lead end-to-end transformation programmes across multiple workstreams - from initial scoping to final delivery - with full transparency on progress, risks and outcomes • Collaborate with Sales, Client Management and Supplier Relations teams to co-develop commercial strategies that strengthen client value propositions and drive supplier revenue in line with global strategic goals • Support senior leadership in crafting compelling strategic narratives and developing communications materials that clearly articulate direction and priorities • Contribute to the preparation and delivery of business performance reviews and quarterly planning sessions • Represent the function at Asia and global executive forums, offering strategic insights, market intelligence and a leadership perspective aligned to global priorities • Champion clear and confident strategic communication across operational teams, reinforcing long-term vision and commercial focus Show More
