Flow Traders is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our growing Recruitment team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate is driven and proactive with a positive can-do attitude. What You Will Do • Facilitate our on-campus recruitment strategy for graduate and internship opportunities in the Trading department • Understand Flow Traders' core business and the specific requirements in order to identify the right talent across the APAC region • Schedule interviews, facilitate assessments and maintain communication with candidates throughout the selection process to ensure a positive experience • Plan and represent Flow Traders at events, such as career fairs, info-sessions and competitions. Ideate and drive new initiatives to ensure we are attracting the right talent • Active sourcing and market mapping of talent using social media and other potential venues; • Work with global Recruitment and Communications team to focus on delivering a strong employer branding strategy for the region and position Flow Traders as a top employer on campus • Support on relevant experienced replacement hires across Trading and Business Support • Work on global Recruitment projects with stakeholders from different regions to align and drive efficiencies. • Identify and drive improvements to our hiring strategies - leveraging data, feedback, and market insights.
