Overview: Vice President / Director - Institutional Sales (Asset Owner team, Asia ex‑China) Your Responsibilities: • Drive sales of ETF and tailor-made fund solutions to Asian asset owners and institutional clients (pensions, insurers, sovereign wealth funds, endowments preferred). • Originate new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to execution. • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key decision makers across asset owners and institutional investors. • Collaborate with product, trading, and research teams to deliver tailored investment solutions aligned with client mandates. • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and market presence. • Monitor market trends, client flows, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities. Requirements: • Min 10 years of institutional sales experience, with a strong track record in covering asset owners and large institutional clients in Asia. • Strong network among pensions, insurers, sovereign wealth funds, and other asset owners in Asia (excluding China). • Proven ability to originate and grow revenue through strategic client engagement. • Familiarity with ETFs, equities, and related solutions; with fixed income products is a plus. • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. • Team player with ability to collaborate across regions and functions.
