Job Description

Key Responsibilities • Business Development: Manage the full sales cycle to convert new opportunities, expand category penetration, and increase share of wallet across assigned account groups. • Strategic Account Management: Build long-term partnerships with hotel brand, procurement, operations, and development teams while conducting regular business reviews. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Product, and Finance teams to design, implement, and support smooth regional category launches. • Pipeline & Data Management: Maintain highly accurate CRM records, opportunity pipelines, and financial forecasts to optimize commercial results. • Ownership & Accountability: Take complete ownership of customer satisfaction, sales forecasting, and P&L results, remaining directly engaged throughout the account lifecycle.
