Scrum Master - Financial Services / Technology / 50k to 85k I am currently helping our Client seeking a Scrum Master to join the team in Hong Kong. Role • To help in implementing and continuously refining the organization-wide Agile Framework, standards, and controls, especially for Security project delivery and DevSecOps pipeline maturity. • To assist in the design and optimization of tools and technology for implementing Agile and DevSecOps practices, including workflow management using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps, automated vulnerability tracking boards, release gates, and infrastructure-as-code deployment metrics. • To support the adoption of shift-left security practices, such as establishing SecOps workflows, integrating SAST/DAST automation into sprint cycles, and driving organization-wide metadata tagging for security compliance to enhance system auditability and risk readiness. • To facilitate technical refinement and alignment for application optimization initiatives, ensuring a balance between technical debt, cloud cost efficiency, code performance, and architectural scalability within sprint planning. • To monitor delivery performance, DevSecOps metrics (e.g., deployment frequency, lead time for changes, mean time to recover, defect density), and team maturity levels, and recommend continuous improvements for engineering efficiency.
