Wholesale Manager (SEA Domestic and Travel Retail)

Job Description

Key responsibilities: • Drive the achievement of sales targets, profitability goals, and strategic objectives across the assigned territory and key accounts • Identify and develop new business opportunities while strengthening and expanding long-term relationships with customers and distributors • Lead the negotiation and management of distribution agreements in close alignment with HQ (Ibach) • Own and execute market strategies and initiatives, with a particular focus on growing the Retail (D2C) channel across travel retail and domestic markets • Collaborate with Trade Marketing to design and implement effective sales and promotional initiatives tailored to customer and market needs • Oversee end-to-end coordination of regulatory registrations, order management, and shipments to ensure operational efficiency and minimized lead times (in collaboration with Customer Service and distributors) • Provide leadership, coaching, and training to distributors through regular engagement and market visits, ensuring effective execution of sales strategies and initiatives • Set clear sales expectations, pricing strategies, and performance standards with distributors, aligned with HQ (Ibach) guidelines • Ensure business partners operate in accordance with brand guidelines, maintaining brand consistency and integrity across all channels • Develop accurate sales forecasts and drive disciplined performance tracking, including monthly reporting, sell-thru analysis, and post-activity evaluations • Proactively gather, analyze, and share market intelligence, including competitor activity and customer insights, to inform business decision-making • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to strengthen brand presence and support business development Show More
