Role Introduction Reports to: People Business Partnering Manager This People Business Partnering Lead role sits in our People Business Partnering team as one of the Centre of Excellence (CoE) teams in our People Department. In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence in the day to day execution of organisational and people strategies. You will coach employees and line managers on people related issues on complex people issues, including compliance and employee relations issues, with reference to regulations, company policies and industry best practices.
